LTG Rainey Discusses A Practical Approach to Developing Leaders

At the recent Army Virtual Maneuver Warfighting Conference, LTG Rainey the Commander of US Army Combined Arms Center, Fort Leavenworth gave a short 20 minute talk on how to develop leaders.

He says that leaders need to have a goal for their program, understand the needs of the individuals, properly resource it, and then develop a detailed plan to ensure it’s actually executed.

The video is worth watching for anyone looking to build a strong holistic program in their organization.
